Coming to you with some educational facts about hydration!!!
Did you know:
Water composes 75% of the brain.
Dehydration can often lead to headaches, memory issues, and loss of clarity (brain fog). Especially as we age!
Water composes 83% of blood and carries nutrients & oxygen to cells.
Dehydration constricts blood vessels & therefore cannot
efficiently oxygenate nor provide vital nutrients to the body thereby increasing the chance of infection(s), illness, and/or disease.
Water helps convert food to energy and regulates body temperature.
Dehydration slows down metabolism thereby inhibiting the possibility of indigestion, fainting, heatstroke, and/or other metabolic issues.
Water cushions joints.
Dehydration increases the possibility of joint degeneration and/or injury.
Staying well hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.
So, DRINK LOTS OF WATER DAILY.
