Fresh Veggies Anyone?!

Vegan Roasted Vegetable Subs with Creamy French Dressing

I'm on the verge of clean healthy eating with colorful dishes. One substitute for me in this recipe is using a Keto bread or gluten free bread. Once you learn of your health triggers, try your best to stay away from the foods that may make you feel bloated and/or more fatigue. Holiday season is upon us and clean eating is a challenge. Just know the more vibrant and colorful your plate is-the better. (Avoid Beige/White Sauces/Creams)

Try this sub spread with a vegan creamy french dressing and stuffed with perfectly roasted veggies!!!
