Oven-Baked Salmon Recipe





Survivors tend to learn a bit more about what it means to have a healthier lifestyle. Not only what we do physically but what we consume as well. One type of protein I've educated myself a bit more is the various types of Salmon. Although I'm allergic to shellfish, I have found that I enjoy salmon. Salmon has numerous health benefits, it's rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids and it's a great source of protein. Salmon is rich in high-quality protein as well. Like omega-3 fats, protein is an essential nutrient that you must get from your diet. Salmon is also an excellent source of Vit B. It's high in B Vitamins. Lastly I would mention, Salmon is a good source of potassium. Salmon is quite high in potassium actually. Below is a Salmon recipe I thought to share. I thoroughly enjoy it and my hope is you will too!
