God's Perfect Timing

The Seed by Jon Gordon states it best in this blub “Gods perfect timing”

“There is a time and a season for everything there is a time for action and time for rest. There is a time for events to happen and time for delays. Delays in life happen for a reason we don’t usually like delays but they are essential for preparation and growth. They often make us reflect, learn, improve, and allow people, circumstances, and events to line up, and in God‘s perfect timing, everything happens the way it’s intended. This is a process that we are meant to go through. I want to be shaped, molded, and prepared for the future and delays and challenges are a part of the process. It’s a process that we cannot rush.

Rushing the process only creates stress that prevents us from seeing and following the signs that will lead us on the right path. We are called and asked to take on opportunities that we are not prepared for. The better way is to slow down, follow the process, and let life shape you. This prepares you for the future and allows you to enjoy the present.”

God is oh so patient, he is direct, he gives us hope and a future, he waits quietly and if we submit to him, his timing will be more than sufficient. When the timing is right , he will make it happen. Isaiah 60:22 I couldn't imagine life if God did not spear head it. God truly has the final say in what I do in life. I can wish and hope all day for things to happen but Gods word is final. If it’s according to his will and purpose for my life it will happen when the time is right. That's the key to winning in these triumphant seasons.

In Ecclesiastics 3:11, its revealed that God makes everything beautiful for it’s own time. He has plans in eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of gods work from beginning to end. As much as I would like to know the end at the beginning, its not at all possible. We are not the maker of all things.

I'm often say "I'm under construction" and this is something I have continuously prayed about. I am still a work in progress and my plans are not my own, but his plans for me on his time. Since my journey, I notice my impatience had revealed itself in many aspects of my life. As I matured, I began to see my life through God lens and not my own. You'd be surprised what can happen when you solely commit to him. God continues to open doors no man can open and he closes doors no man can close. Who else has the power to do that, but God?!

When life just doesn’t seem to go your way, remember to hold on. Trouble won’t last always. He is in the midst of the storm already working it together for your good just as he is mine.
